What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis involves the person experiencing a sense of safe, deep relaxation with your attention narrowed down, and focused on safe, appropriate suggestions guided by your Hypnotherapist. You will have experienced many light trance states in you daily life already - for example, when you daydream or when you fall asleep. During your session you will enter a state of relaxation, which may then deepen just as far as you find comfortable.
Just remember that YOU are in control and it is absolutely safe!
Most people find this a very natural, relaxing and pleasurable experience.
Is Hypnotherapy Safe?
Hypnotherapy is a safe and effective method of resolving problems. It has no side effects, it is very relaxing and at the same time is empowering, giving you control over the issues that need resolving!

Can Everybody be hypnotised?
Yes, nearly everybody can be hypnotised but only if they want to be.
It is one of the safest and most effective ways to make the changes that you want, in order to achieve your goals faster.
Is Brief Therapy Expensive?
No, it is a very cost effective solution.
Hypnotherapy and CBT are ‘Brief Therapies’, which means that only few sessions are needed to be effective: the changes are evident as early as after 1 or 2 sessions and the benefits are long-lasting. You will learn tools that you can apply to any disturbance you may have later on in life!
Your sessions last 1 hour.
Smoking cessation treatment is only 1 session (approximately 2 hours).
What is CBT/REBT?
Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) is a form of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. It is a practical, solution-oriented approach. REBT helps you to develop a more realistic and healthier approach to living. You will increase your effectiveness and happiness in various settings and enhance your personal well-being, too.
Will hypnosis be a part of every session?
Not necessarily, as it depends on what we are working on. Hypnosis may be used to find the root of a problem or to strengthen your inner resources.
In some cases is more indicated than other forms of Therapy: It is the easiest and quickest way to break habits, such as: STOP SMOKING, NAIL BITING, CHOCOLATE ADDICTION, etc. Also it is essential in treating many PHOBIAS & FEARS and to achieve deep RELAXATION.
How many sessions will I need?
You are unique as an individual, so it depends how you respond to Therapy. Many clients experience profound changes after only 2-3 sessions, for others it could take ten or more sessions, others still prefer to have boosters after a few months. Stop Smoking is 1 session only and lasts approximately 1 1/2 hours.
What is EMDR>
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing is a psychological method mainly used for individuals who have experienced severe trauma that remains unresolved. Mostly indicated for PTSD, various traumatic experiences, phobias, etc. Will only be used when therapeutically appropriate and with the person's consent.
